Mobile Kenwood Travel & Universal tickets

Hi,
We travel next month and we have bought our Universal tickets from Kenwood Travel.
These are just paper with details on (no barcode or anything) and apparently I input the details into a 'will call kiosk' at the front of the parks.

Has anyone done this? Is it straightforward?! Roughly how much time should I plan for to do this?!

Haven’t used the machines myself but I’m sure you just swipe the card used to buy the tickets and they’ll come out. If not then you’ll just have to type in a few details on your confirmation to get them printed. Failing that you’ll have no issues going to the will call window and getting them to do it.

I did the same a few years ago and don’t recall any issues. I think there was a bit of a wait for the kiosk and you need to swipe a debit card/ credit card. This will need to have the same last name on the card as the lead passenger. I didn’t experience any problems.
