DVC Annual Condo Meeting Today

As well as the General Election today we have that other piece of news I am sure we have all been waiting on tenterhooks for (sarcasm) the DVC Annual Condo Meeting!

If it’s anything like last year, they’ll keep essential information from us (lockoff premium) give us very little info, and spend most of the time telling us how good they are!

Hopefully they have learnt from the boards’ feedback on last year’s event and they’ll revert back to the meeting giving better information and trying to be interesting. They should be much more open and accept ‘difficult questions’ in my view at these meetings also.

So finger’s crossed that this year will be interesting. 2 years ago someone actually live streamed it on a Facebook group- if anyone spots that again can they post a link?

Then we can discuss below anything interesting (or not) that comes out of it.

Darn it, I so wanted to attend as well.

Believe me I wouldn't give them a hard time - Not!

I wonder how many people actually do turn up?

Normally from what I saw on the livestream the other year, there looked to be quite a lot- maybe 100?

Looks to be very limited in info. They showed graphs in terms of how seasonal demand has changed. Don’t think anyone can really have a go at these points changes.
Had to laugh though when they said communication had been poor last year and they listened to feedback. Yes it was poor. But what was really poor was the attempt at lockoff premium.
