ATOL refund updates

Finally had my refund in full today after being asked for extra info on the 6th December. Status on protect funds still shows pending approval.

Finally had my refund today also, hurrah!

I called them yesterday to chase as nothing further and they advised they would be prioritising my request, then received it today.

Got ours paid to us today, protect claims said claim closed on 14/12. Great news before we fly to Vegas on Saturday.

Cannot believe that after applying for my TC refund on the 7th October and ringing numerous times . I have just rang again only to be told that I have claimed on the wrong form and to re submit 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬word cannot be used for how I feel ! I spoke to someone only last week who checked everything .So need to start again .They had the correct email and tel number yet failed to inform me ...So if your still waiting FOR GOD SAKE RING THEM ...They are incapable of doing the job they have been contracted out to do !

I applied for my car hire refund on the 9th October, still not received

Surprise surprise the 60 day mark is arriving since I sent my first information to the CAA, only to be asked for more information today!

We are in the middle of January and still not received our refundI have emailed countless times and I have contacted them via Telephone. I am so frustrated, I was able to re-book but obviously need my refund to pay my new holiday!

I received my refund today.
We didn't get our repatriated flight back as it was going to Manchester instead of Gatwick and we could not do a coach with 12 week old baby and 2 year old. So we booked our own return flight with virgin airmiles. I claimed back the taxes (£600) and extra night hotel and after stating why case over a few emails the money went in today (£700)
