Aside from making the Christmas cake, I’m not sure we’ve done much at all!
OH has done lots of the present shopping but we haven’t wrapped anything.
Tomorrow we’re going to write some lists.
I like a good list😊

* I have ordered the turkey, gammon, chipolatas etc ✅

We did loads today. Well it feels like it.
We bought cards, wrapping paper, a few presents, nice food stuff for over Xmas from the Christmas market chutneys and cured meats etc and we even stopped off at the farm shop to get the frozen pastries.
Croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon buns, white chocolate and pecan cookies (not had these before) and hash browns 😋
We’ve come home to find the patched up boiler is broken again! Quite cold here!
New one can’t come until the new year because it requires a massive loft clearing exercise so I’m hoping it can be fixed again until then!

Oh we bought lots of wine and fizz too

So wish I could get the Christmas spirit right now.
Wallowing at home nearly a week after surgery. Hopefully the Christmas sparkle will arrive soon.

Hope you feel better soon, I find it all such hard work and just glad when all the presents are wrapped so I can chill a bit!

I bought a big tin of marks biscuits this morning for Christmas and I've almost eaten them all already (I feel slightly ill).
