On the refund form there are boxes to fill for:
Swift Number
IBAN
Roll number.

I have no idea what these are... unless I don't actually fill them out? They're for TC?

Also, they've asked for a bank statement with my address on it. I don't receiver paper statements anymore and the ones online dont have my address displayed. Will I need to go to my bank to request this?

Mr Google is your friend here. If you google swift number you'll find loads of information about that and IBAN. The same goes for roll number. I can't help with the bank statement bit.
Who is asking for this information as what I've read it appears to be code numbers that an overseas bank would need to pay money into a UK bank account.

hi, you just need to fill out the sort code and account number. the swift, roll and iban are for those with international bank accounts
