Brussel sprout cesear salad

Definitely the weirdest thing I've eaten, though actually very tasty.

Went out for a meal last night, in Florida of course. Meal was delicious, best beef I've eaten in years but one course was brussel sprout cesear salad.

Raw grated Brussels with cesear dressing and croutons on the top.

Not sure I�ve ever had one outside of Florida.
