I've seen vlogs about the pod parking at terminal 5. Not sure of the cost but it looks fun

Heathrow isn't a cheap airport to park at.

Look first on the BAA parking site. That has all the official car parks (long stay, pod, short stay, valet etc). Sometimes you can get a good deal on the short stay meet and greet which is really convenient.

Otherwise look at some of the other well known operators such as Purple Parking.

I'd steer well clear of other meet and greet / valet services unless you personally know many people who have used them without issue - too many stories of cowboys who leave your car parked in local streets or fields.

I tend to use purple Parking
The pod (business) parking is great but has, become ridiculously expensive 😕

We always go up the night before and do hotel & parking. You only need an accident on the M4 by us and it can take 3 to 4 hours to move a few miles. It also gives us chance in the hotel to do a final check and if anything really important is forgotten, I would still have time to go home and get it. (touch wood it's nether happened yet) The last few times we have stayed at the Thistle. Its only 3 star with just a ground floor and 1st floor with no lifts. But for 1 night its fine. But the best part is you can access the pods to go to and from T5 for £5 each way. We got feed up with the Hoppa making multiple stops be our destination.

That's interesting, how do you pay for the pod? is it done online? Thanks

You actually pay the hotel and they give you a code for the entry gate into the pod car park (You still park your car at the Thistle)
