I understand what you mean, my son is now 21 and I don’t want to cure him for myself as I do love his ways. It would be for him. He knows he’s autistic and hates it. He wants to be neurotypical and his frustration breaks my heart at times.
Mostly he’s happy though, and I’m grateful for that.

I'm so sorry. I've worked in fertility for the last couple of years so hearing things like this really strike a chord with me and upset me.
