Has anyone done one to dlp ? I'm considering booking a cheap late deal but it's going on a coach, any tips or hints would be great, thanks.

I asked exactly the same question a couple of weeks ago.
It really depends on how far you need to travel, we travelled from North Wales and it took about 14 hours with a ferry crossing (thankfully we only made two stops on the way), it was a long trip but not too terrible (what happened next to us was the terrible bit but that's another story) Also I would highly recommend that you check that the company is ATOL or ABTA and pay with a credit card for added protection. |

From Calais to Disney Paris is 194 miles and will take just over 3 hours. Add on the distance and time you'll need to travel to get to Folkestone on this side. Leger are a company that organise coach trips to DLP - never again..

Hi, we did it at the end of May and yes it is a long journey but it was the cheapest option and it still came up quite expensive just to go across to Europe. We arrived at about 9pm in the evening and then had 2 full days there from 9.30am till 11.30pm. It was a lovely trip.

I guess it really depends if you think you really want to be on a coach for 14ish hours (depending on where your coming from I guess), me personally no chance, I can't even do a coach trip to London (from Birmingham), train for me all the way. We usually get the train down to London the night before and then take the Eurostar the next day.
Then again some people love coach journey's... |
