Mama Melrose - Fantasmic Package

Hi there, the Mama melrose Fantasmic package... is this all food off the main menu or is it a set menu?

A couple of years since we did it but, if I remember correctly, there is a set menu with 4 or 5 choices each for starters (appetisers)and mains (entrees). The dessert was a trio of puddings - no choice, you all got the same. There’s a separate kids menu and you could switch the type of pasta you had too. We really enjoyed our meal there.

I think it’s any appetiser or main but dessert is a platter of 3 small desserts no choice. Kids dessert was a cupcake decorated to look like spaghetti and a meatball.

We did it last summer and it wa as set menu, I had the steak, husband had the cheese & chicken pasta. 13 year old had spaghetti and meatballs and the 11 year old had plain tomato pasta, they were both on the adult menu but they were more than happy to give the youngest a bigger version of the kids pasta. You also get bread with olive oil to dip and we all had the trip of puddings. We all had a lovely meal, steak was better than Mannys on the 192.

Agree about that steak... I still have dreams that I’m back eating that steak 😁

We had this last October. There was no starter included, a bread course was included. There was a choice of mains but the dessert is a very disappointing 3 dessert sampler.

Has anyone had any luck getting a regular dessert rather than the trio when on the Fantasmic package?

I ask because the wording on the Disney site clearly says you can pick a dessert.

We are going to do Hollywood and Vine for fantasmic package as it’s a buffet and when we go it will have Halloween characters.

When we went in May 2017 we had 3 courses with the fantasmic dining package. A bread basket followed by a choice of starter and main followed by the trio of desserts. Sounds like it has changed since then.
