Looking at healthdata forecasts it currently shows Florida as being able to enter a containment strategy beginning 21 June which is when some social distancing can be relaxed.
After June 21, 2020, relaxing social distancing may be possible with containment strategies that include testing, contact tracing, isolation, and limiting gathering size
Date is obviously subject to change as more data becomes available to them.

An indication of intention or speculation? The Mayor can be heard (from time stamp 1:11:40) in the video saying that June was more realistic than May.

On the face of it, not as bad as predicted but doesn't cover things that make the "experience" of Disney though; character meets, parades and fireworks.

Taping out 6 feet markers for queues for rides - that’s going to make them huge...,

I suspect Disney will start with hotel guests only and all rides are fast pass only in order to limit queue sizes (and getting rid of the 3 ride limits per day)

Wouldn’t be surprised if you had to fast pass your park and don’t allow hopping..

Tim tracker was discussing this last night and I was shocked to learn that phase 1 may only be implemented for 2 weeks and then reviewed in week 3 with a view to moving to phase 2, I thought the timescale would be longer (I was thinking at least a couple of months for each phase!)
