Hi, we cruised on the Jade last October on a Venice and Greek island itinerary. The ship is a little older and the interior is Hawaiian themed as it used to be called 'The Pride of America'. That being said she was in very good condition and I believe she undergoes a dry dock in May ( not 100% sure but know it's scheduled for this year. Plus points for us were:
Lovely outdoor seating area aft to the enjoy lunch or a drink in the sun Large promenade deck Good Food, helped by the fact that we had a free drinks and specialty dining package. Slight negatives Balcony cabin was a little small but fine for a week, if we sailed in the Jade again we would pick a Mini-Suite for a little extra space! Any questions please just ask 😊

We've been on the Jade twice and love this ship. She's a great size, not too small and not too big. The passenger spaces work well and it's one of the least crowded ships we've been on. The kids prefer the Jade to the Epic. There's a great outdoor aft bar where we sat most evenings.
The negatives are the cabins are very small. The inside and outside 4 berths have an upper Pullman and a pull out bed. The space is tight when the Pullman is brought out at night and there is no space to walk around the beds. But it was fine for us with younger kids and the cruise price and free drinks package more than made up for any inconvenience. The ship's is having an extensive refit this year before it comes over to Southmpton. |

I have cruised on the Jade 2 years ago and will be cruising on her again in June to the Norwegian Fjords. I am looking forward to seeing the changes done in dry dock. We had a balcony room last time but will have a mini-suite in the June.
As others have said the ship is just about the right size, not a mega ship but enough variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment, |

We have also been on the jade twice and prefer her to the Epic! We are booked on the gem next year and looking forward to that as the ship is the same as the jade but with a few extras like the bliss nightclub.
