Princess Cruise...anyone been?
So we are discussing giving Florida a Miss next year..think we may appreciate a change.
We are discussing a med cruise, and Princess Cruises keep cropping up. Have been given a good quote for a 2 week cruise, but would be interested to know if anyone has been in one. Our son will be 9 when we plan on going..am hoping there is plenty for an active young boy to do

We've been on several Princess cruises and last May did three one week cruises back to back in the Med on the Royal Princess (round trip Barcelona).
Princess is our favourite cruise line but can't comment on facilities for children - there are various clubs activities for children and those we did see seemed to be having a great time. One sea day afternoon they put on a show for us in the Atrium using props and costumes they had made. You won't go far wrong with Princess. |

We sailed on the Emerald Princess last year and really enjoyed it. I can't comment on the children's activities, but they always seemed to be enjoying themselves when we passed their club.

We were on Emerald last year and my 7 and 10 year old liked the clubs. It's not my favourite cruise line but the prices were good enough for me to book another week in July for this year.

It's good to hear that children seem to be well catered for as we are doing a week's Med cruise this year with our family. Deluxe balcony cabins, centre of ship - half the price of last year's Disney Magic Med cruise
We've done 2 Princess cruise and enjoyed them so hoping the family enjoys the cruise as it was our decision.
