Pack a picnic and cooler and rent a boat to explore St John's River:
boattreemarina/rentals.asp Stop off at swamphousegrill/location/ and maybe stop off at Blue Springs State park floridastateparks/park/Blue-Spring |

Another vote for Kennedy Space Centre. Superb value for money. I bought loads of stuff from the gift shop. Gutted that Primark are selling NASA tops when I thought I was really cool walking around in mine 😂😉

Also as welshwiz has posted Blue Springs State Park is amazing. We swam with manatees when we were there last May
