We didn't have any problem at all swapping our QS for 3 snacks in the places we tried, Mr Kamals -AK, Sunshine seasons - Epcot, Ice Cream Plaza - MK (great use of credits!) and POFQ in fact the CM here told us to do it and not to waste them on drinks as we had our refill mugs. We also used the rest in Goofys and Candy Cauldron (DS) again swapping 1 QS for 3 snacks to use them all up at the end. The CMs all seemed to see this as the normal thing to do
