Looks good, from experience be flexible with your plan. Also, don't recall suffering from jetlag. Enjoy.

Agree POR is very good for QS, we try to get to Blaze at DS , IF , we are not too late and pick up our gift card at World of Disney as well.

We stayed at POR - plenty of choice for QS if you decide against DS on the first night. On early mornings when we were in a hurry we used to grab a muffin, pastry etc. using snack credits, to keep us going (and giving us a sugar boost) until we stopped for a proper meal.

We didn’t especially suffer from just lag, but getting up for EMH or rope drop was easier earlier in the week. Planning in lots of rest time really helps. We either did early morning in parks/afternoon at POR/parks or DS in evening OR had a lazy morning going to parks in the afternoon (to see afternoon parades etc.) and stayed until evening to watch fireworks. Worked well for us and gave us the flexibility to swap and change things without messing up our fast passes.
