After several emails and phone calls I have got this sorted.
Guest.services@disneyworld.com confirmed how many days I had left on the tickets after I emailed a picture of the front and back of the ticket. To get the tickets linked on MDE I had to call the Internet Help Desk on 0800 1690 749. It took about 10 minutes but they linked the tickets and they are now showing on MDE with days left showing (apart from the water parks days for some reason). Just need to show up with the physical tickets at the park gates and get them changed. |
