This. The last time I even gave them my best quote and they still kept trying to get in touch to see if I wanted to book despite being significantly more expensive.

Have booked with them again for next year, which will make it 4 times in 7 years. I knew what I expected to pay and used that to my advantage and negotiated a good price for next years trip as a result. Have had to use the reps in Orlando on previous 2 trips when we had an influx of ants and then a key snap in the door. On both occasions the issues were dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend.

We used them last year, they worked within our budget. Very friendly & professional, I didn't find them pushy at all. Any queries I had were dealt with very quickly. If I had the money available, I'd use them again with no hesitation. Can't believe its nearly a year since our holiday - perhaps I'll get myself a lottery ticket for tonight!
