Annual Pass Expirey
Hello,
My annual pass expired and I haven't received an email from Disney asking me to re-new or give me the re-newal cost. Has any one recently had the renewal cost? Or an email from Disney where there's expired? Thanks

Normally comes up on the app, offers 15% discount on price, price just increased again for annual passes.

Ours ran out in January and I did not receive an email to remind me. It's over 30 days now so won't get the discount.

We didn't get emails last year either so not sure if they actually send emails. I checked the app and saw they were due for renewal

Don't think they email UK residents due to GPDR not that they ever did before that was introduced.
I tried to purchase a renewal certificate for ours last October but had different responses from various CM's. Emailing ticketing was about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Will upgrade again when we return in May. I will have all my emails to see if Guest Relations can provide some pixie dust.
