Selling contract - buyer can’t close

Hi,

Anyone who has sold there contract had any experience with buyers signing all the papers, organising finance, but then stopping communicating & finally having there card for the deposit rejected?
After a few weeks of allowing them extra time the person at the company I’m using advised to cancel the sale & re list the contract.

That is very disappointing especially when the buyer stops responding. I am sorry to hear that it happened to you. Sometimes on transactions a buyers credit card will get declined because they don't recognize the charge. In those cases the buyer gets it straightened out with the credit card asap. If you want to list your property with us as well we have an open listing. I assume you are listed with a company that has an open listing as well. We only charge 6.5% commission.

Good afternoon,

You have your Disney Vacation Club listed with Buy and Sell DVC, Inc.®?

I am the Broker for Buy and Sell DVC, Inc.® and I haven't advised any seller to put their property back on the market due to a buyer not paying in 2020. I can't even remember the last time this happened with one of our transactions.
