In 2016 you couldn't get one directly from the airport. You had to get a local bus to someone a few blocks away.

I'm not sure if uber have resolved this with the airport yet but I'd be surprised if they had.

It is possible to get an uber from the airport. We've done it. The pick up point is pretty easy to find, I'm trying to remmebr which level it's on. But if you look for the 'ride share' signs you wong miss it. Also, I've ordered uber using the MCO Wi-Fi and it was fine, just had to hover inside the doors.

They've resolved it. There is now a pick up area and the driver will be waiting in a designated bay I believe.

Getting to know the DIBB

We arrive this weekend and will be 'Ubering' from MCO to our hotel.

From MCOs FB page:

"Heads up! You're able to pick up Uber and Lyft at MCO, and we've improved signage to help you get to the right spot. Look for new "Ride App Pickup" signs on level 2 (baggage claim) in Terminal A or B. Pick up locations are at each end of the curbs."

Hope this helps.
