We use them, customer service is excellent.

We moved our mortgage there about 10 years ago because the rates were really good and we stayed on as customers after we finished paying off our mortgage as the service was so good 😊

They are a fully fledged division oh HSBC. Far more than just using their license.

Not that it makes much difference as it's their customer facing services that differentiate them.

Been with them for 20+ years and of the traditional banks they are the standout.

Rarely call their customer support as I do everything online, bit they are polite and effective when I do.

Been with them since they started up, I can only echo what everyone else has said.
I got a bit flustered with the new rules (all banks) that came in recently, requiring something called a digital key. Being deaf and unable to use the phone, my husband is authorised to talk on my behalf, but he's more technically challenged than me . Anyway they explained everything to me by email, in language a ten year old would understand. Still confused, they emailed again, even simpler language. They wouldn't give up until I could say, hand on heart, I was totally confident.
Having used the app now for a month, I've no idea what I was worried about, so I expect there were some chuckles in the FD tearoom while this saga was ongoing, but through it all, I was never made to feel anything less than a valued customer.

I have banked with them since 1995 and I think I have only once had an issue and I can’t even remember what the issue was right now.

They are great. Didn't read all the responses, but my favorite thing about them is you ring and a person picks up immediately. No menus and no queues. Hubby is with HSBC and everytime he rings them he waits forever and gets wound up by all the options. I just roll my eyes and tell him to switch.

Glad to hear all these good comments! Mum & Dad have been with them for many years and always said good things too, I've just switched to them
