Mine didn’t track but when I put a claim in it could see that I’d done something as it had the date of when I booked as a clickable option. I’m not sure I’ll get it as I got the $100 dollars, but thought it’s worth putting the claim in to see.

Mines not tracked either but when I went to claim through (Quidco) there was a list of about 10 times when I’d clicked through to tge WDW website. I had to guess which 2 were the correct ones that I actually used. Maybe that’s why I’m having issues as I’ve confused it? I also got one of those emails asking me to complete the purchase! 🤔 I can’t see how they can’t accept it if you have all the confirmation numbers, amounts and information that are correct and match Disney’s.

I didn’t have any problems with them last year.

It's a bit glitchy...like mde maybe they were designed by the same person

My quidco has tracked but at 3%. I didn't get the extra $100 though.

A couple of years ago it didn't track and I put in a claim that took months and months but did eventually get 'approved' or whatever the term is. This didn't happen until after we had been on the holiday.

I wonder if it is WDW’s issue or Quidco’s? Either way, can’t say I’m too hopeful of a quick resolution ☹️

I agree, I’ve just checked my claim history and out of 5 claims, 3 were successful and took between 3-6 months to process. 😒

I've had WDW cash back for the last 4 trips and they always show up / track straight away and we've been able to withdraw the money after about 4 months. It's very suspicious that the first year they offer ¢100 extra that lots of people have problems.

It’s a bit off, to be honest. There should be a specific period of time for them to resolve a claim - as I’ve said, as long as we’ve followed the instructions there should be no reason for them not to review and confirm it’s tracked. Will keep fingers crossed for everyone 😊

My Quidco has successfully tracked but at 3% and not the advertised 4%. Not sure how long I leave it before I claim. Has anyone heard anything back yet? Also I see that the rate has now gone back down to 3% on their website.
