Mobile Selling a DVC contract

We currently have two DVC contracts, one for 270 points the other 100. Our holiday habits have changed quite a bit over the last few years. We use to travel with the in-laws and there were 6 at least once a year sometime twice. DD is now at uni, in-laws can’t travel and we would rather go other places. We’ll definitely hang on to the big contract but are thinking of selling the 100 point one. If
Our holidays habits change if and when DD has kids we can always buy another contract then but that’s going to end at least 15 years I would think.

Any thoughts or tips. For those who have sold who did you sell with? I have rented some of 2020 points on this contract via David’s DVC does that matter?

We sold one of our contracts a few years ago. We used ResalesDVC, the same company we had used to buy with 10 years previously.

You won't be able to close on the sale until after the reservation on the contract is taken. If it's later in the year, this may put off buyers.

Thanks. We’ll let the reservations run and take a view at the end of the year then.

We would love the opportunity to help you sell your Disney Vacation Club points. We can assist in getting you in the right direction with the FIRPTA and we only charge a 6.5% commission. We also have an open listing. You can list now and the closing would simply be set up for when the check out date is. Any questions for me let me know.
