Thank you for this - yes it would be July time next year. Not sure if I would want to spend that much on 2 nights! 😆

You said 3 nights. If you rented on here (and in July any owner will likely be able to book Poly at 7 months) you will be looking at around £552 for 2 nights, if you avoid Friday and Saturday.
Poly is expensive. You would get Boardwalk which I much prefer for about £400 ish.

Excited about Disney

If you ever want to figure out the cost of any stay at DVC stay between now and the end of 2021 you can use this link. If you plug in to the dates for checking in and checking out it will tell you how many points that stay requires. Then if you are renting points at $20 per point you simply take the number of points required x $20 per point.

It’s on the right hand side menu if you are on a desktop. You can also look on the dibb for points for rent. They usually go for less than $20 a point. |

If on mobile it is in the menu dropdown at the top right hand side of the screen under Theme Park Hours & Tools (in Other Planning Tools).

I know it’s surprising isn’t it?
It’s obviously up to the individuals in here what they rent for, but I’ve been surprised at how little is being asked sometimes- as low as £9 a point although most seem to be around the £12 level. Still way too low IMO- dues have increased a lot over the last few years as has demand. I think I’d be asking for at least £14 a point if doing it myself- I could get over 11 or more using an agent with no hassles.

I'm renting mine out at $18.20, which given the dates are 2021 I think is fair - tomorrows rates and todays prices.
Added to the fact it cost £26.50 to rent my points out on the Dibb. |

Does it cost now to rent your points on here? Not rented in ages, but i'd never paid to do so in the past.
