MDE magic band site

Anyone having major problems. Not been able to access page to pick bands for days now. And tried different browsers computers etc. No luck!

No and I've left it too late now. I've been trying for the last week but keep getting Ralph!
I tried to call but was kept on hold for 40 minutes so gave up. I will be asking for a discount when we get to our hotel towards buying a new one, we don't want the grey ones. I left it so long as the ones on offer were a bit poor and I was hoping for better. We would have gone for a coloured one if we couldn't find a special one we liked. It's annoying.

Download a free VPN app, connect to it, then open the MDE magic bands site. It was the only way around the fiddling they've done with the regions that keeps making Ralph appear!

Are they trying to stop you accessing from outside USA? Ralph is driving me crazy!

They've done something with their website so when I go to disneyworld.disney.go.com, it was re-directing me to disneyworld.co.uk. Ever since then, I get the dreaded Ralph - unless I use the VPN connection. Bizarre! Not that there's much choice to get excited about though :-(

As a WDW annual passholder I’m thinking of emailing them and telling them I’m not happy.

I downloaded “Free VPN” from the App Store.
Had to watch 3 ads for 8 minutes and set to US east coast. Managed to get into WDW. Com easy
