Mobile Well that was easier than I thought!

Took DD shopping today to see what prom dresses were around. Didn't expect to find one she was happy with as she hates shopping.
Well, she fell in love with a dove grey dress by Quiz in Debenhams so we bought it! Looks lovely on her 😁

You've just reminded me, I need to get cracking on my middle DD's prom dress (she's 11 & its more a leavers disco).
Glad your DD found something easily. Do you have a picture of the dress?

Yes, I will upload photos when I've remembered how to do so. 😂

I was dreading it too until my daughter chose the first dress she tried on.

That was back in November & now we are looking for shoes.

Snap!
We are visiting OH’s step mum and went for a wander into town for some fresh air.
Stumbled across a shop with the kinds of clothes DS likes so went in and they had some really cools suits.
Completely unexpected but he now has his suit!
Step MIL is even taking the trousers up for him later as he wants them ankle height 🤷

Result!

Just the white trainers to get now but he can buy those himself!

Here's the dove grey Quiz dress, £80, really pleased with it!
We actually bought another dress too, a bargain as reduced to £34 and then another 20% off. Difficult to choose between the 2.

2nd one is a lovely green, slightly different beading, both floor length. She's bought the green one for future parties etc.
She's got red hair, so both dresses compliment her colouring 😁

They’re both beautiful. My DD got her dress in Debenhams for her prom last year. Unless you want to there really isn’t a need to spend hundreds on a prom dress as Debenhams have so many lovely ones to choose from

Thanks Smithlane, I agree, Debenhams has a great selection without spending a fortune. We were also lucky to have an Xmas gift voucher so the grey one was only £55! Another thing crossed off the list! 😊
