Yep agree with all of the above. Great service, shame they have just cut their interest rates on savings but so have all the banks

Banked with them for 25 years, 19 of which I actually worked for them over many different departments.
Always get voted best for customer service. I would recommend even though I no longer work there! 19 years of driving up and down the M62 Leeds to Doncaster was more than enough for me! 😁

M&S, HSBC and FD all come under the same however there are huge differences in customer service and customer support. It could take me any hour to get through to HSBC to help with internet banking for example, less than 5 minutes with FD.

This! Very friendly and helpful. We had an issue once but they were very apologetic and sent a hamper to apologise.
