I ordered from AliExpress and yes I have the my dress

Edited as I just looked to get another one but they aren't sending to the UK at the moment my guess is because it comes from China with corona virus they aren't allowed to ship abroad at the moment

Why do WDW not allow adults costume , in Japan Disney at lot of the adults were dressed up in costume’s .

Mostly safeguarding reasons. You don't want your kids cuddling up to some random person pretending to be Cinderella...
