iPhone help

I was wondering if anyone could help. My iPhone 8 Plus keeps coming up with the Apple sign in message box (see photo). I have googled it and signed out and back in again and this doesn’t help. My updates are up to date and it doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or 4G.

Does anyone know how I can permanently get rid of it as it’s driving me insane. It has come up 8 times in the space of me typing this message.

The usual advice is to clear out your history and cache to free up memory space, close down all your open windows, turn it off and leave it 5 minutes and restart it. Then re-enter your password. Delete any unused apps too and see if it comes back online. Even unused apps take up space from your hard drive as will lots of FaceBook posts pages and photos. Other than that ask an Apple Genius...

It's worth going through everything that actually uses your Apple ID to ensure it's logged in.. Facetime, iMessage, Find My, App Store etc... I had a similar issue and just ensured I was logged into all services correctly.

I had this for a while on my XS. Its very annoying isn't it!

You don't actually have to keep signing in, you can just press cancel, it doesn't make any difference as its just a glitch.

It fixed itself for me in one of the last IOS updates so maybe also make sure you are running the most up to date IOS version.

Mine did this because it wanted me to verify my billing card, once I did it, it stopped coming up (this was an an ipad though)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I will try them all and if that still doesn’t work I will take to the Genius Bar once I have shifted this cold.
