I looked into this, as we are staying in May with our 3 year old, who up until a month ago hated showers. So I was looking for a room with a bath. If you use the touringplans site, you can identify which rooms have a bath.

However, luckily for us, DD just suddenly decided about a month ago that showers are now fun! lol. Also, having recently seen photos of the baths, I was put off them because of the metal shower rail along the edge. Would be quite uncomfortable to lean over that to bathe little ones.

So, if that was the reason for wanting a bath, you might want to consider using a little paddling pool under the shower instead.
