Mobile Room upgrade - no availability at POFQ?

We’re already booked into POFQ and we were considering upgrading our room. When I search on the Disney site the resort doesn’t appear anymore for our dates. Does this mean it’s fully booked? No probs if this is the case, just thought I’d ask here before I gave them a call.

I would assume it is booked out yes. But no harm in calling to double check.

I was told what’s on the website is what they have. Rooms may still show up once free nights ends though.

The site shows live availability so if it’s not showing it’s not available. Keep checking it changes all the time.

What were you planning to upgrade to? To be honest even some of the standard view rooms at POFQ have a great view - we were in 4213 and had a lovely view of gardens.

The current availability is for the current offer only. If you booked on a different offer, ie free dining, then you will need to call and check what availability there is for that offer.
For example, we maybe cancelling our 2020 free dining stay at POFQ which will then become available for others on the 2020 free dining package to snap up, but will not become available to those who are booking new now. This was explained very clearly by an adviser to me.

I don’t think that’s necessarily the case. Last year we switched resort a couple of times after free dining ended and I was told that if it was on the website it was available.

I’d agree. We wanted to extend our stay for this coming august and whenever I rang the availability over the phone matched what was available on the website. Availability has changed though and whilst when I first looked there wasn’t any availability, we have now managed to extend (albeit in an upgraded room class).
