Best sensitive deodorant for eczema?

Hi Does anyone know a good deodorant for my son who eczema under his armpit, he needs a good one. He wears those t shirts to work at Asda that make him smell, he gets a clean one every day but is still a bit pongy. He has a rash under his arm and most deodorant doesn’t agree with him, any ideas for a sensitive roll on? Anyone who watched game of thrones we have started calling him reek! But seriously he can’t be smelly at work, any ideas?

The only one I get on with is Sure cotton dry but it is the stick. Anything else just irritates my skin.

My dad uses the Nivea or Lynx dry brands. Never smells and doesn’t irritate him. Maybe get him a GP appointment for a day off, and he can get some cream for the eczema?

He went to the gp yesterday about a ear infection, she told him his armpit was eczema and to use E45 cream. I have got steroid cream for my hands, I suppose he could use that x

Be careful with the E45 cream; the lanolin in it irritates my son's eczema and makes it worse.

What do you use for his eczema, my sons 23 and used to have it as a child but it cleared up and now it’s back. Xx

He's an adult now too. Aqueous cream mostly or a paraffin based moisturiser (can't remember its name as he doesn't live at home any more) and Eumovate steroid cream when it flares up. He used to get Betnovate on prescription but its quicker and easier to get Eumovate over the counter as and when he needs it.

Perfumes seem to upset him as well as stress - he was a mess during exam time at uni. However he uses aerosol deodorant sprays without any ill effects.

I have eczema and the only deodorant brand I can use that doesn't irritate etc is Sanex. If I try and use Sure etc I get a bad flare up.
