Mobile Ride Sickness

Hi, just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to stop being a pansy when it comes to rollercoasters. I like the baby ish ones (thunder mountain) but space mountain or Everest for example I have been on before but have said never again as felt I’ll. if anyone has any suggestion I would be great full, but I also know what works for some might not work for others.

I take a travel sickness tablet a couple of hours before I ride the bigger rides. I find I struggle with motion sickness so rollercoasters and any simulators.

Motion sickness is such a pain!
Nothing to do with being a pansy though
I haven’t found anything that works for mine 😭

Tip ... just look straight ahead and never, never close your eyes. If you look to the side or worse still close your eyes you will probably feel disoriented.

Just to add a little more to the mix! I don’t mind water rides at all, and don’t get travel sick on any more of transport just rollercoasters, simulators are fine, Simpson’s, hogwarts for example
Are not an issue.

I find rides with over the shoulder straps are the worst for me. For example rip ride rocket doesn't go over the shoulders and I am fine on that one. Not sure why though.

I take prochlorperazine for for it's anti-sickness properties, but it's anti-'Im going to die' properties are completely useless.

Look straight ahead and focus on something (our eldest made the mistake on Manta last year and was looking down as the floor whizzed by, ended up feeling rough for hours, rode it again looking ahead as advised and loved it/felt fine).
