Approximate villa rental cost

I have stayed in Villas in the Davenport/Kissimmee area, always in school hols at Easter or Summer, never less than 3 bedroom and always with a pool around 7 times. I would not expect to be much over £550 per week. We do not bother with pool heating. We have never been disappointed with our villa either.

Whilst there are many lovely DIBB villas, I have generally used Holidaylettings.co.uk.

We’ve never paid more than £100 a night. We aren’t horrendously fussy about decor - priorities are location and decent pool I can do laps in.

Before booking, I would ask to see their cancellation policy. Some do not provide any refunds as dibbers have found out this year!

For a 14 night stay you should budget around £1550.( Some will be lower but
check with the owner things like pool/spa heat costs (if any).
Check references here on the DIBB.
People say they want to get a bargain, but it is not all about the cost. It's about what extras does the owner offer/include and the most important thing is 'communication'.

Villas all vary as you have seen ours is a 5 bed with pool our price per week next year is £650 think I,d better increase them to keep up with the three beds lol

After much searching and prices varying from £525 to over £900 we've confirmed our booking for a beautiful Dibb Villa in the Davenport area.

It's a bit of a minefield when you're used to hotels and I underestimated how much time it would take to choose. In the end I set our budget around £100pn and I'm very pleased with what we've gone with, really look forward to our stay.
