3 year old DS went on both last year and the only tears were when we couldn't go on SDMT back to back as he'd just rode Barnstormer about 5 times on the bounce. Definitely give it a go.

GS went on the Mine Train last year a month short of his 4th birthday. He is now obsessed with the 7 dwarves and the Heigh Ho song. He went on everything his height allowed. Both my now adult kids would go on everything when they were big enough. I wouldn't make a fuss, if she wants to go on then go for it.

Like others have suggested - try Barnstormer first, its much tamer that 7DMT but will give you an indicator on how your little one reacts. My DS was always a daredevil and wanted on anything he was tall enough for!

Hope your daughter enjoys it - my daughter was 3 years 10 months when we went last year, and she loved 7DMT as well as Barnstormer, Splash Mountain, all of the family coasters at Universal and also Kali River Rapids and the Bilge Rat Barges (though she said the latter was "a bit loud"). Basically she went on anything she was tall enough to go on, and really enjoyed it. She was more nervous about meeting Anna & Elsa!
She also asked when she would be allowed to go on the Hulk... |
