Mobile Queues in June

Hi,

I have booked for Orlando arriving on 6th June 2018 and so excited.

We were there last year and booked cabana bay for first night and then RPR for next two nights for fast passes. It was brillant as we were able to blitz Universal. We are not doing Disney as with three teenage sons we prefer universal and sea world parks. I know the shame 😂😂😂.

Anyway it was later in June last year that we were there but what would queues in Universal be in early June. Would it be worth booking the same as last year.

Many thanks.

We were there in early June last year and all the parks were very busy including Universal. Even staying in Portofino Bay and with FOTL passes some of the rides were taking 25 mins even in the fast pass queues eg Transformers and Minions (although that always seems to be busy)

I would never go to Universal now without booking a night in one of the three hotels that provide FOTL passes

The summer crowds start to build up in June because American schools tend to finish earlier than they do in the UK. So June can be busy.

However, if you've been later in June before then I would say that early June will have similar crowd levels to then but perhaps slightly less crowded. It's generally better to go earlier in June than later.

We went 9th June last year and stayed 5 nights at RPR. We found the express passes very good. However we had one day when my friend and her fiancé joined us and they did not have express pass. We met them at 10:30 and we did gringotts, men in black, the mummy, rip ride rockit, hogwarts express, spider man, the hulk and both dragon challenges and left the park at 5:30 and we also had lunch and another afternoon break sat down. That was on Saturday 10th June. We didn't think that was too bad really.

Parks explode after Memorial Day which is normally the same at our whitsun (Last Bank Holiday in May). Reason being, the American kids break up for the summer.

Good luck
