Linking VH package on MDE

Hi all,
Looking for some techy help here. Trying to link our virgin holidays package with the my Disney experience on my pc and it's not recognising the reference number. We're staying off site? Any advice?

You can't link your package when you link to MDE, you are linking your hotel reservation (only for on-site guests) and you are linking your park tickets (for anyone)

For this reason a Virgin package confirmation number would not work in MDE. What you need is your park tickets so you can type the park ticket numbers into the link tickets section of MDE.

This is the only bit you will be able to link

Thanks Lucy, I don't know where we would get our park ticket numbers from? Everything was just in a whole package and we collect our tickets when we arrive?

At around 30 days before your stay Virgin will email you your ticket vouchers for you to print and these will have the number on you need to link them to MDE.
