MDE and Fastpass help please

Please please can someone help me?!

Our FP day is looming but I'm having some trouble linking tickets. Basically we're 2 separate families travelling (staying offsite) and it looks like on MDE the tickets are linked to me and my family but for the other family only one of the adults has linked tickets but the other adult and 2 kids' tickets aren't linked.

When I told them they need to link the other tickets they said they already have, they're showing on their MDE but not on mine. How do I get them to all show on my one because I'll be booking all the FAstpasses so I presume I need them all there on one booking? Can anyone advise? Thanks

On the MDE app you'll have to go to 'my account' and select the friends and family list tab. You can manage your friends/family from there. At the bottom it'll give you the option to share your list. Make sure this is on everybody's. when you book the FP+ it'll give you the option of who to select for. Select all
