We haven't been before, but it's on my list for next week.

Thanks for the tip about asking for unseasoned food - we don't cook with salt either, and I really don't like salty food.

Yup, can't go wrong at Texas Roadhouse. Great food, great price, great value. And you can save using our card. Great deal!

really want to try this but bit concerned about the amount of posts saying about the peanuts on the table as DD has quite a serious nut allergy, a bit more detail about this would be great

In that case you really should avoid Texas. There are tubs of peanuts in shells on the tables and discarded shells on the tables and all over the floor. Texas and Longhorn are regularly our first choice of steakhouse and Longhorn is peanut free.

You should avoid Logan's Steakhouse as well for the same peanut issues.

You could try Manny's Chop House but in our limited experience of the new one on 192 (one visit ) it's not a patch on the one at Haines City (about a dozen visits)

The peanuts are in metal buckets on each table, the problem is lots of people crush the shells and then just throw them on the floor
Maybe you could ring and ask them if there is a peanut free area for people with allergies, but would the worry spoil your meal

I-Drive is about 11 miles long. Whereabouts are you?

Easiest thing to do is put your location in here.
