keeping bags during the cruise

hi all, were on the bahamas cruise in august for 3 days, we booked a stay in beach club the day before so were not rushing around too much, and then were back at the beach club afterwards for 6 nights, then on to univesals rouyal pacific for 11 nights,the stay afterwards was booked seperate, well the cruise was actually an after though but obvs dont want to be dragging 3 weeks of lugggage onto a 3 night cruise,
has anyone had bags kept at the hotel whilst cruising, is it a commonly asked question for the hotel, and should i ask them before i get there or wait till i check in?

Bell services at the Beach Club can look after your bags until your return.(This service is available at any Disney resort). Do it on the day of your departure to your cruise. Get them to come up to your room and tell them what you need. They will issue you with a receipt. There is no charge but do expect to tip the CM when they take for storage / produce your bags again and take to your room. They call it "long term" storage even though it may only be for 3- 4 nights.
