BOG ADR and Fass Passes
I have booked BOG breakfast for 8.15am hoping to ride Peter Pan and 7DMT before the crowds arrive, I have now been informed that the date I have booked is now a Disney Early Magic day My question is my FP day is this coming Thursday) should I book for FP for the above, or risk it and book FP for BTM, Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion?:

The EMM process seems to depend on the CM running the queue. Specifically for 7DMT, you might be able to go on before 9 as long as there's space on the ride - which there should be, there's not many people that seem to buy tickets based on reviews I've read. But they should at least let you into the standby queue (EMM guests use the FP line) so you'd be first on when the ride officially opens to all guests at 9. You'd have to get a particularly grumpy CM to hold you back behind the entire RD crowd.
Personally, I'd chance one and FP the other. As if you are held until 9 at either, there could be a decent queue built up at the other by the time you're off the ride. The other rides generally don't build up long queues in the first hour (unless it's crazy busy) so I'd drop the HM FP (since it's the closest) and head over to that one after your first ride, then head back into FL if desired. ETA: In this post (which is actually a review for EMM) he noted that the BoG diners were allowed on to ride at 8:45. So there's hope! easywdw.com/easy/blog/disney-world-early-morning-magic-fantasyland-review-is-it-worth-it Edited at 04:45 PM. |

The EMM 'crowds' have very little impact by 8:45am, so you should be fine. On the 2 occasions that we have an 8am BOG, we managed to ride 7DMT before the 9am main crowds reached us. We then joined the standby line for Peter Pan, As I wanted to see the new additions that you bypass if you have a FP. The wait time was 10 minutes, which was perfect to see everything. So you should be fine.
I would book your FP's in the order you're walking round the park - so HM,BTM then Jungle Cruise. |
