Help needed from a Photoshop wizard 😀

Is there anybody who could help me to change this photo to black and white but keep the wording white and green and the sparkle gold.
As I have posted on here my wonderful husband passed away in February and I would like this photo put onto canvas and I can then put it up as a surprise for the kids (19 & 16) Christmas morning.

i could probably do it, but would need a copy of the original hi-res image rather than the small uploaded forum version - especially if you're planning on printing/blowing it up on canvas
