Hope you are all well and have been enjoying the sunshine - it certainly has helped me (salads are so much nicer in a hot day!)

Lost 2lb this week ... which couldn’t have come at a better time for a boost as I am currently sat in the v-room having secon brekkie and about to enjoy the DDP.

Sts for me this week which is ok as I have a cold.. so not as much exercise. trying to get back into it this week.

Well done Gem! Have a fab holiday

I lost 4lbs this week! Weighed myself on Saturday after parkrun. I used MyFitnessPal properly and cut out a lot of alcohol. I'm hoping for a steadier loss this week but I am relieved to be 10 stone something again!

Hello is it ok if I join in with this group? I have lost 3 st 6 lbs since last autumn with a significant amount still to go, however I have remained the same weight for 2 weeks so feeling a little frustrated! I have exercised well (I do Aqua Zumba and walk with friends) and I’ve kept to my calorie limit (I use MyFitnessPal) so I’m not sure what’s going on! Never mind, I will continue persevering and see what happens when I next jump on the scale 😊

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a good start to the week! I lost 2.5 but then the last 2 days haven't been great and I haven't done any exercise because I've been so busy in the evenings. Need to improve from tomorrow onwards and remember to do MFP!
