Mnsshp

We have just booked up for September 🤗 Managed to squeeze in a last minute trip to a lovely looking Dibb villa before DS starts school as we have annual passes.
As its my 40th when there thinking of having an extra treat.
Possibly MNSSHP? I did want to do KTTK but it would be nicer to do something with my DH and DS.
Is MNSSHP a waste on a 4 year old. He isn't great with late nights. So we would probably not stay before 10 at the latest.
🤔🤔
Any experience of little ones going?

Hi,

Personally i think its a really good night, its not really about rides on the night but all the dressing up and getting the goodies. The evening doesn't actually start until 7pm, so maybe if one of you struggles with late nights maybe a good afternoon nap then off out at 7pm, i think with all the people dressed up, including all of you of course, lol, and with so much going on, parades, fireworks and collecting all those lovely treats, your be surprised how quickly the 5 hours goes and maybe you will all see it out till midnight. Hope you enjoy.

P.s We went our two boys where 4 and 6 and they both loved it.

We really enjoyed it in 2013 and the parade in particular was fab. Think your 4 year old would love the trick & treating.

The park gets much quiet after the second parade when the young ones go home so trails / rides are much shorter.

If you want a 7 dwarves pic I'm pretty sure you'll have to be willing to queue up for quite a while!

As the tickets are "now" expensive I wouldn't go if I couldn't get past 10:00pm, the best part of £65/person for 3 hours isn't worth it. The last few years 7 dwarfs has been a huge queue, mainly because getting the 7 of them together is rarer than "hen's teeth"! Last year Jack & Sally Skellington had a +90min queue at 5:00pm ( the party doesn't start until 7:00 )
We love it, I would say having done it both ways, dressing up is definitely better.
FBS- Headless Horseman starts the parade, special Boo-to-you parade, story telling, special pics -Haunted Mansion in particular- Hallowishes although this was pre-Wishes disappearing, witch instead of tinkerbell starting fireworks,7 dwarves, Jack & Sally,Monster Inc characters disco thing in Tomorrowland...
