Cooking chicken - covered or uncovered?
If you are cooking a chicken fillet in sauce do you cover the dish in foil or leave it uncovered?
Thanks

I would cover it so that the sauce did not evaporate.

A chicken breast takes about 25 mins. Not enough time for evaporation.
If you buy fresh ready to cook ones all say remove cover... |
