Thomas Cook email

Hi all, got an email from Thomas Cook last night, it said I hadn't booked my seats yet, however i have...
I used the link on the email to check my booking and low and behold... my seats are there.

I don't know whether to speak to them or not.
It would be a pain if we got to the airport and discovered we were spread around the plane. Especially after selecting seats.

I hate it when things like that happen.

If you are like me you know you are right but will now have to ring up to check.

For peace of mind I would ring, probably to a premium phone line and be on hold for 30 mins.

I will contact them... I will use their online chat though. They already have enough of my money

The same thing happened to me last week for a booking in May. I phoned Thomas Cook and they said the seat reservations were in place and emailed me a confirmation. Must be a glitch in their system!

Thats about right then. Out booking is the 3rd of june. It's would tie in with the same time of your booking.
I will contact them and at least get the updated confirmation.
