Flights on a Monday

Hi all- just wondering, becaue there are many Folrida Gurus on here- anyone know if/where flights to Florida tend to fly from on a Monday?
We're in Scoland but I *think* Glasgow and Edinburgh will not. Manchester?

We normally fly from Manchester on a Monday, with Virgin. I think there's a couple of flights a day, normally?

I don't work weekends, so *technically* mine always start Monday, though we finish work Friday.

I like having the weekend to sort out packing, then stay over on the Sunday night, starts the holiday early!

We have booked WDW part of our first family trip (not been for 14 years) starting on a Monday. We are in Fife so our preference is to fly from Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Thomas cook fly in the summer on a Monday from Glasgow. Virgin and TUI don't. We are planning to book indirect flights but I will keep an eye on the price of the Thomas Cook ones.
