Did any of you watch it last night?
How amazing was the magician with the baby?! It was so moving and clever. I was blown away by it . It was good to see Ant on it too x

I had tears in my eyes.
It was brilliant and very moving. What could he do next though? I’m not sure anything he did could have the same impact now.

It was moving and well performed but I suspect the magic was pretty simple.

Saying that, it’s about entertainment and he certainly entertained.

Is that the multi-millionaire Amanda Holden? Her talents may not be on the creative side, but financially she seems a fair bit more talented than me... about £6million more...

Am I the only one that was turned off by the magician? The whole thing was designed to just tug on the heart strings and to be honest it put me off him as this was the most blatant attempt at a sympathy vote I've ever seen.

The trick wasn't amazing. I'm no magician but there's many ways that could have been done.

No you are not the only one. I felt the same.

I was moved by the magician's story and how it was told, but the magic itself seemed quite basic and I am not sure his second appearance will have the same impact. I was very surprised when Ant and Dec used their golden buzzer for him.

Completely agree, I actually thought it was a bit distasteful.

It's going to be interesting to see how he is going to follow that.
