A few times I wake up during the night. Can never usually get back to sleep past 5/6am

Usually up at 6am by the 3rd week still sleeping at 9am as stay up late lol

Usually about 3am but then we are 4.30am risers at home so not that different really.x

About 6 am normally. Its more the heat that gets me more than any overall jet lag... its getting home that the jet lag really hits me!

I am normally awake around 3.30, then doze until 5.30. DD and DH usually manage to sleep until 7ish. But I have booked a 7.30am breakfast at Trattoria al Forno this year on the first day so we will have to be up by 6am 😊

We usually stay awake as late as possible on the day we arrive, so typically head to bed around 10pm - 11pm. Wake up around 6am ready for a full day of Disney!

We are normally awake by 3am .
Last May it was a good thing we did wake up, hubby checked our emails and found that we had won a trip to California. If he hadn't checked our emails we would have lost the holiday as you had to reply to accept within 24 hours

5 am for us as well followed by kids about 8am love the first morning just to sit with a coffee by the pool and listen to the world wake up x
